Natalie at the front desk was Phenomenal! I will book again and tell family and friends to book at Holiday Inn on Constitution in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Also, I love that it did not have CARPET!

The hotel was spotless and had everything you could need (restaurant, gym, pool, complementary coffee in the room and lobby.). The room was big and very clean. The beds and pillows weee very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

I've stayed at this property in the past. For the most part, it's always a great stay. This time kind of missed the mark. As always, great Staff. Hotel LOBBY was clean. The room and bathroom were clean. However, the floors need to be mopped. I'm sure they vacuum, but a good mopping would make a big difference. Water was hot in shower and heat was adequate in room. There was no musty smell as we entered. Price was reasonable. Hotel was quiet, and no kids running around or doors being slammed. Overall, good stay.

I’m not a germophob, but I do have a documented phobia of invasive bugs, so I need cleanliness 24/7. I don’t stay in hotels unless it’s absolutely necessary. And I must say, this was one of the best experiences I had in a very long time at a hotel. Super clean. Even when I wiped down the wooden floors upon arriving, I picked up very little dirt. I actually slept peacefully in a hotel, so thank you! Also, the lady that checked me in was very nice.
