Everything was amazing! The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was kind and helpful. Just the overall experience was very nice. Definitely will be going back!

Easy access off the interstate and close to LSU. There's a Wal-Mart nearby for anything you may have forgotten! Staff was very friendly. Clean and has a small snack/drink area in the lobby that easily charges to room or takes card payments.

The elevators move quickly. The exercise facility is excellent. The staff was friendly and engaging. They were smiling and gave the appearance that they were happy. IHG properties usually have Bibles in the rooms and this one didn't. That is a huge plus for my business and others like ours. Management should check on this. Some of Holiday Inn's competition have Bibles in a drawer in every room. If someone doesn't want to read it they can ignore it and leave it in the drawer. Free wifi is not secure and that is a negative. Logging on was a bit of a chore.

The entire staff was awsome from the moment I arrived until the time I left. They all made my stay better, from the check in counter personnel, to house keepers, to the bartender, the cook and the breakfast personnel. It was a great stay.

Property was great - clean, good location and loved the small free breakfast items in the main room/lobby of the floor. Our floor had a main room/lobby with chairs, tables and small kitchenette and TV that would be amazing for get togethers or reunions for everyone to have a mutual place to relax and chat.

Didn't stay at the property. Rented a room for my girlfriend who was traveling to Texas to me from Alabama and she never made it to the hotel! She was involved in a traffic accident and was taken by ambulance to the hospital! She is still there! Pisses me off that I have to pay for the room under these circumstances! Doubt I will use your company again!
